Engineering first. Printing is the last step.
Prototyping and manufacturing for any industry, at the end of one loop. Scanning, reverse engineering, and CAD turn a worn sample or a new idea into a part you can repeat — including a production run.
01
3D scanning
Capture the part as it is, including wear, damage, and the features the drawing never recorded.
A scan is the start of a job, not the deliverable. We note what is broken, what is worn, and what has to be restored to design intent rather than copied as a defect.
02
Reverse engineering
Mesh cleanup, datums, and a parametric model that a shop can actually manufacture from.
Point clouds become a Fusion model with real datums. The result is a revision you can change, not a frozen mesh that only one printer understands.
03
CAD design
Fixtures, brackets, ducts, and modifications when the original geometry is the wrong answer.
Sometimes the replacement should not be a copy. We change wall thickness, split a part for print, or add a datum the original never had.
04
Advanced prototyping
A measurable first article in engineering polymers, for any industry.
Fit, function, and material, before tooling or a production method is locked. Material, drying, nozzle, bed, orientation, supports, and the failures are written down. A prototype is a decision, not a souvenir.
05
Manufacturing
The accepted revision, printed again — a spare, a batch, or a thousand.
Once the design is proven, quantity is part of the job. A customer who needs a thousand of the same widget gets a thousand. Material lots, parameters, and inspection stay on the project number so the last part matches the first.
Work we take
- Prototypes for any industry: fit, function, and material, before a production method is locked.
- Manufacturing of an accepted design — a spare, a batch, or a thousand.
- Industrial replacements when the OEM is gone, slow, or never issued a drawing.
- Jigs, fixtures, guards, ducts, housings, brackets, and impellers in engineering polymers.
