We engineer another way.

Prototyping and manufacturing for any industry. A new design, a worn sample, or a production run of a part we already proved. We scan it, build the model, choose the material, and make the part.

Key work

Prototyping

Any industry. Fit, function, and the material, before tooling or a production method is locked. Engineering polymers and fibre-filled materials. The prototype is a decision you can measure.

Key work

Manufacturing

When the revision is accepted, we make the quantity. A spare, a batch, or a thousand of the same part. The last one matches the file, the material, and the inspection of the first.

What we sell

  • 01

    3D scanning

Capture the part as it is, including wear, damage, and the features the drawing never recorded.

  • 02

    Reverse engineering

Mesh cleanup, datums, and a parametric model that a shop can actually manufacture from.

  • 03

    CAD design

Fixtures, brackets, ducts, and modifications when the original geometry is the wrong answer.

  • 04

    Advanced prototyping

A measurable first article in engineering polymers, for any industry.

  • 05

    Manufacturing

The accepted revision, printed again — a spare, a batch, or a thousand.

The failure mode

The drawing does not exist. The line does not care.

A non-standard part fails. The OEM quotes eight to twenty weeks, or no longer exists. That is one kind of job. Prototyping and manufacturing are not limited to it, or to one industry.

  • Oilfield service

Long-lived and imported equipment. Housings, covers, impellers, and the bracket nobody stocked.

  • Food processing

A worn guide, guard, or manifold that stops a shift. Speed matters more than a catalogue part.

  • Agriculture

Mixed fleets past OEM support. Sensor housings, fittings, and one-off covers.

  • Machine and fab shops

A broken sample and no drawing. We return a model the shop can machine, or a printed fixture that holds the work.

Examples, not a limit

The product is the loop, not the filament.

Engineering is quoted separately from the part. A thousand-dollar solution is not priced as eighteen dollars of filament.
